Typography Exercise
Typography exercise: create a screen in XD that shows a hierarchy of typography. You can use whatever text you like, but it must make sense. NO IMAGES ALLOWED.

In this exercise, I chose to use the standard ‘Adobe XD’ font ‘Segoe UI’ because it is a simple, east to read font which demonstrates well the object of this exercise (i.e. to show a hierarchy of typography). Below are the details of each of the levels of the hierarchy in this example:
1. Main Heading (H1)
- Use the Text Tool (T) and type a large, bold title.
- Font size: 48 pt.
- Weight: Bold
2. Subheading (H2)
- Below the main heading, add a smaller but still prominent line.
- Font size: 28 pt.
- Weight: Semi‑Bold.
- This shows the second level of importance.
3. Body Text (Paragraphs)
- Create a block of text with 2–3 sentences.
- Font size: 18 pt.
- Weight: Regular.
4. Supporting Text (Captions or Footnotes)
- At the bottom or under an image placeholder (though you won’t use images), add small text.
- Font size: 14 pt.
- Weight: Light
- This shows the lowest level in the hierarchy.
